Note:  This is a slow transfer you have to uibcrease teh baud rate or it will take hours.

Hold down the MODE button while you reconnect the power cable to the switch

Issue the flash_init command
Issue the dir flash:  
    if there is a good boot image issue the boot flash command.
    If there is not change baud rate then open hyperterm to transfer the new image.

copy xmodem: flash:c3750e-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE9.bin
set BAUD 9600

boot flash:c3750e-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE9.bin
